The Nueces River Cabins are on the Campo Rio Ranch is located on Texas Ranch Road 335, one of the three legs of the famous “Twisted Sisters” scenic route. Take the day and explore the amazing views while driving though the hills and quaint towns along the Three Sisters (“Twisted Sisters” – RR 335, RR 336 and RR 337), stop in the local shops and restaurants along the way. Including Camp Wood, Leakey and Lost Maples. This is a must do for visitors.

Our cabin owners are outgoing and enjoy meeting people and share the beauty of the Nueces River ranch, with visitors. Given their fondness for travel, they have had the opportunity to stayed at Air BNBs locations in other countries and the US, and enjoy offering their place in the iconic, Texas Hill Country to adventurous senior travelers to enjoy a naturally beautiful and quite sanctuary on the Nueces River.

Mission Transition Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable, nonprofit organization that provides our heroes a beautiful and natural facility that inspires healing, located in Real County on the Nueces River. Campo Rio helps supports our Veterans, first-responders and their families over come the effect of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), through the efforts of Mission Transition has to offer. Stay at our sponsored Heroes Cabin or see one of their events for all fees to be donated to Mission Transition.
